About the Event
Ten years ago, FTS Lobo Organization Inc. began as a dream, born from the struggles, silences, and hopes of a community longing to be seen. We started small, often in the shadows, but with courage, love, and unity, we began to build a safe space where everyone could belong. From those beginnings, FTS Lobo has grown into a family, an ally, and a home.
For a decade, we have celebrated diversity, fought for equality, created opportunities, and proven that our brilliance cannot be dimmed, no matter how strong the shadows may seem. FROM SHADOWS TO SPOTLIGHT: 10 Years of FTS Brilliance is more than just an anniversary event. It is a tribute to every person who dared to be authentic, to every ally who stood beside us, and to every advocate who chose love over fear. It is a celebration of our resilience, our creativity, and our unity
as one vibrant community.
This milestone reminds us that while the journey is far from over, our light shines brighter than ever. Together, we continue to inspire, empower, and uplift, because our brilliance is not just for ourselves, but for the generations yet to come.

READ EVENT POLICIES
1. Respect, Inclusion & Safe Space
• FTS is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Respect the privacy of others: do not share personal stories, identities, or photos without consent. Always ask before recording or photographing individuals.
• Treat everyone with kindness and dignity to ensure a positive experience for all.
2. Attendance, Punctuality & Dress Code
• RSVP online or registration is required to attend. Registration time at the hotel entrance starts at 5:30.
• Please arrive on time to respect the flow of the program. Late arrivals may need to wait until an appropriate break to enter.
• Dress Code: Black, White, and Gold – Formal Wear. Gowns, suits, cocktail dresses, or other formal attire are encouraged. Jeans, slippers, and sneakers are strictly not allowed. If you don’t have black, white, or gold formal wear, you may wear other colors as long as they are formal.
3. Safety, Media & Accountability
• Attendees must follow venue health and safety protocols. In case of emergencies, follow the guidance of event marshals and staff.
• Official photographers and media will be documenting the event. By attending, you agree that general photos may be used for promotion. If you prefer not to appear in media coverage, please notify the organizers upon arrival.
• Alcohol (if available) must be consumed responsibly and only by those of legal age. Illegal drugs and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
• FTS Lobo Organization Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these policies.
