LOBO, BATANGAS — December 6, 2025. The FTS Lobo Organization Inc. has officially elected its new Vice President following the recently concluded organizational election. Through Board Resolution No. 7, formally signed and approved by the Council, Board of Directors, and Barangay Presidents, Herbert “Berong” Ilagan of Balatbat Chapter has been elected as the new Vice President of the organization.
Herbert Ilagan, who currently serves as the Barangay President of Balatbat Chapter, has long been acknowledged within the community as a leader of action rather than words. Known for his consistent hands-on involvement, swift decision-making, and strong commitment to community service, Ilagan has built a reputation as a leader who turns plans into concrete results. Members of FTS Lobo describe him as someone who leads with “purpose, compassion, and unwavering dedication.”
