FTS LOBO SLP
(Sustainable Livelihood Program)
The Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) is a community-based capacity-building program that provides skills training, livelihood opportunities, and financial assistance to help people improve their economic situation. It focuses on creating long-term, sustainable sources of income, not just short-term relief.

SLP has two main tracks:

-
Microenterprise Development (MD) – Helps beneficiaries start, expand, or improve their small businesses through skills training, financial grants, and entrepreneurship support.
-
Employment Facilitation (EF) – Provides skills training, job placements, and employment support services for those who want to pursue formal or wage-based work.
The Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) has officially granted support to FTS Lobo Organization Inc., marking a significant milestone in our continuous effort to uplift and empower our community.
This grant serves as a vital stepping stone in strengthening the economic opportunities of our members, especially those who need it most, by providing resources that foster self-reliance, sustainable income, and long-term stability.

Through this partnership, FTS Lobo reaffirms its commitment to building inclusive, community-based livelihood initiatives that not only enhance skills but also open doors to meaningful and dignified work. The SLP grant is a symbol of trust, collaboration, and shared hope for a more empowered LGBTQIA+ community in Lobo.

THE UNITED COLORS SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM

We are deeply honored to share that FTS Lobo Organization Inc. has been awarded the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), a blessing that fuels not only our dreams, but our mission to create lasting change.

The grand opening of the United Color SLP Store was not just the unveiling of a business but it was the blossoming of dreams, the result of dedication, and a beautiful symbol of what happens when a community believes in one another.
